You might call them and see how difficult it would be to get a cab in Tunica from place to place.
Being from Memphis, we drive there and wouldn't normally need transportation services. I'm not sure what that involves, what their prices are or if they're reliable. A2C specifically says it offers shuttle services between the Tunica area hotels/motels. If you look at the transportation section of that web page, it lists several shuttle services. Note that it doesn't run 24/7, so be careful to not get stuck at another casino.
A link for its schedule is below, with the schedule at the very bottom of that web page. As far as I know, there aren't regularly scheduled shuttles to the other casinos besides the CET shuttle.
